Creative Producer (Performance Marketing)

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Producer to lead the end‑to‑end creative production engine for user acquisition and performance marketing across multiple digital products. Based in Saudi Arabia and working fully remotely, you will own the lifecycle of video, static, GIF, and landing‑page assets, turning data‑driven insights into high‑impact creative concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full creative production pipeline for user acquisition, delivering 100+ video, static and GIF assets per month.
• Manage landing‑page and funnel production, overseeing quizzes, one‑pagers and interactive formats across ~20 projects monthly.
• Research, develop and test new creative concepts, formats and approaches beyond incoming briefs.
• Analyze creative and campaign performance to decide which concepts to scale, iterate or stop.
• Write clear creative briefs and scripts, and contribute directly to photo and video production, including footage, music, graphics and editing.
• Coordinate freelance creatives and external agencies, assigning work, tracking timelines and ensuring high quality.
• Explore and implement AI‑powered creative generation and automation tools to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with performance‑marketing and cross‑functional teams to align creative output with acquisition goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in creative production, creative operations or a similar production‑focused role, preferably in mobile gaming, iGaming or B2C digital products.
• Experience in fast‑paced, startup or digital environments.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑based creative generation tools and mobile‑first advertising formats for Meta and TikTok.
• Proven ability to develop concepts, write briefs and scripts, and edit photo/video content.
