Creative Project Manager – Influencer Campaigns (Remote, 2 months)

About the role

Rasooc is seeking a Saudi‑based Creative Project Manager to lead the cultural and creative direction of an upcoming influencer campaign in the Kingdom. The role is fully remote and lasts for two months, focusing on ensuring the campaign resonates authentically with Saudi audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on influencer categories, personalities, and content styles that will engage Saudi users.
• Identify, vet, and recommend Saudi influencer profiles aligned with the campaign brief.
• Evaluate influencers for cultural relevance, audience quality, brand fit, and creative potential.
• Adapt campaign concepts into influencer‑friendly executions and brief influencers on objectives, tone, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with influencers to refine scripts, dialogue, humor, styling, locations, and cultural details.
• Review influencer concepts, rough cuts, and final content, providing clear feedback for authenticity.
• Guide designers and editors on visual adjustments, subtitles, graphics, or content refinements.
• Conduct an overall cultural and creative sense‑check across the entire influencer campaign.

Required profile

• An Arab (local or expat) comfortable communicating in English.
• Strong understanding of Saudi culture, humor, trends, and social‑media behavior.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing, creative strategy, content production, talent management, or campaign execution.
• Agency background preferred.
