Creator Manager – TikTok LIVE (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

As a Creator Manager for TikTok LIVE in Saudi Arabia, you will support Arabic‑speaking livestream creators across the MENA region. Working closely with the Creator Managers' Lead, you will help shape creator strategies, boost platform activity, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with LIVE creators and creator agencies throughout MENA.
• Deliver structured onboarding, education, and training on TikTok LIVE products, features, policies, and best practices.
• Assist creators in developing content strategies and growth plans to improve LIVE performance and engagement.
• Monitor creator performance data weekly and monthly, identify gaps, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Drive daily creator operations, including communication, motivation, troubleshooting, and encouraging consistent LIVE activity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and execute creator campaigns and LIVE initiatives.
• Provide insights on MENA LIVE ecosystem trends and suggest optimisations for creator operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent Arabic with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Genuine interest in content creation, livestreaming, social media, or the creator economy.
• Self‑driven mindset with strong ownership and execution capability.
