About the role
The Credit Control Supervisor will oversee the company’s accounts receivable function, monitor customer credit limits and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. The role also requires maintaining accurate financial records within the accounting system and supporting internal teams on billing issues.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate customer account records and reconcile receipts.
- Monitor accounts receivable, prepare aging and MIS reports.
- Follow up on overdue payments through professional communication.
- Monitor credit limits and escalate overdue accounts as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3‑4 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control or credit collection.
- Fluency in Chinese (mandatory).
