CRM Marketing Specialist

About the role

The CRM Marketing Specialist will drive growth and revenue by planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will also support lifecycle and CRM activities while providing data‑driven insights to improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns and advertising investments.
• Support lifecycle and CRM marketing activities, including email campaigns and automated workflows.
• Analyze campaign data and deliver performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Sales, Operations, and external agencies to support growth initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, advertising platforms, and analytics dashboards.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership and problem‑solving skills.
