Regional Marketing Director

About the role

The Regional Marketing Director will shape and execute the marketing strategy for the Riyadh region, driving high‑ROI campaigns that support business growth. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, mentor staff, and build strong relationships with key external partners while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives and target audiences.
• Manage departmental budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and optimise spend to maximise ROI.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate a team of marketing specialists, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with product, sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with strategic accounts, business partners, government bodies and media outlets.
• Oversee financial reporting, analyse performance indicators and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of marketing/advertising management experience, including 3+ years in a senior executive role.
• University degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field; MBA preferred.
• Fluent in English with working knowledge of Arabic.
• Physically and mentally fit for a senior leadership role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, email and internet tools.
• Business valuation, acquisitions, feasibility studies and business‑plan presentations.
• Basic accounting, budgeting, data research and analytics.
• Risk assessment and strategic marketing management.
