CRM Specialist – HubSpot

About the role

Clayton HubSpot Services is looking for a detail‑oriented CRM Specialist to manage and optimise our HubSpot ecosystem. The role serves as the first point of contact for support requests, ensuring that changes are aligned with governance standards and that system quality is maintained across multiple client portals.

Key responsibilities

• Build, update and maintain HubSpot assets such as workflows, properties, pipelines, lists, forms, dashboards and views.
• Execute approved system changes, enhancements and routine maintenance through the defined intake and ticketing process.
• Support eight client portals, preserving consistency, accuracy and adherence to naming conventions and governance requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and resolve in‑scope problems or route them for escalation.
• Perform data cleanup, imports, validation, deduplication and ongoing data maintenance.
• Test completed work to confirm expected behaviour before release.
• Document work, known issues and implementation details for continuity.
• Escalate requests that introduce risk or require additional governance approval.
