Crushing Operator – Production Process (Operator III)

About the role

The Crushing Operator (Operator III) is responsible for the crushing stage of the titanium sponge production line at our Yanbu facility. Working on a 24/7 shift schedule, you will ensure the plant operates within defined parameters, maintain product quality, and support routine set‑up and adjustments.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the crushing process, including visual checks on sponge cake.
• Perform routine plant set‑up, adjustments, and handle equipment failures following established procedures.
• Collect and record production data, maintain incident logs, and communicate issues to the shift supervisor.
• Prepare equipment for maintenance, perform simple routine maintenance tasks, and operate related machinery such as rough‑cutting press, crane, hoist and forklift.
• Ensure compliance with ATTM Metals Sponge handbook, safety, 5S housekeeping, and quality procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience in an industrial production environment.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to work safely in a high‑temperature, high‑pressure plant and follow standard operating procedures.
