About the role

The Customer Care Reporting Officer will support the Customer Care department by delivering accurate performance reports and insightful analysis. This role is essential for monitoring KPIs, forecasting headcount, and enabling data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

Conduct performance analysis and identify causes for KPI deviations.
Prepare special performance reports as requested by management.
Produce monthly reviews of Customer Care KPIs.
Analyze call volume to support headcount forecasting.
Collect raw data from multiple systems for decision‑support analysis.
Generate daily, weekly and monthly management reports on KPIs.
Develop MIS reports and conduct operational figure analysis.
Perform additional tasks as required by senior supervision.

Required profile

Degree in Statistics, Business Management, Finance or a related field.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and present findings.
Experience in reporting or performance analysis preferred.
