About the role
The Customer Excellence Specialist will drive the implementation of customer experience (CX) best practices across C2 company's airport operations. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will help shape journey maps, analyse performance data and support initiatives that enhance passenger satisfaction in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
Key responsibilities
- Apply CX concepts and best practices to airport‑related initiatives.
- Map and analyse customer journeys to uncover improvement opportunities.
- Track and measure CX metrics such as NPS, CSAT and other performance indicators.
- Analyse customer data to generate actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor CX performance and trends.
- Support continuous‑improvement projects aimed at increasing customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Customer Experience, business analysis, or related roles.
- Proven experience in tracking and analysing CX metrics (NPS, CSAT, etc.).
- Preferred certifications: CXPA (Customer Experience Professionals Association) or CCXP (Certified Customer Experience Professional).
