About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer who will act as the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries and resolving complaints to maintain high levels of satisfaction. The role requires strong communication abilities, problem‑solving skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Investigate and resolve complaints, ensuring a positive outcome for the customer.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and improve service processes.
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance overall experience.
