Customer Service Representative Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, customer‑oriented Customer Service Representative Administrator to be the first point of contact for our clients. Working remotely, you will deliver exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and help create a seamless experience across phone, email and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, billing, and company policies.
• Assist with account updates, order tracking, troubleshooting and general support requests.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently; escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, inquiries and resolutions in the CRM.
• Gather feedback and share insights to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and support resources.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, support or administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional, reliable and customer‑focused attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software.
