Customer Service Representative

About the role

Saint-Gobain is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the primary point of contact for stock replenishment orders, direct customer shipments, and branch deliveries across the Northwestern Region. The role bridges sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth order execution and high‑level service for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stock replenishment orders, credit orders, and branch deliveries for the Northwestern Region.
• Coordinate order status, delivery schedules, and shipment updates with regional sales teams and representatives.
• Process customer orders accurately and on time, adhering to company procedures and service level expectations.
• Resolve sales‑team inquiries and non‑technical complaints within agreed timelines.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and delivery documentation.
• Communicate product requirements, priorities, and delivery schedules to Production and Operations teams.
• Support production planning by providing demand forecasts for assigned regions when needed.
• Facilitate communication among Sales, Warehousing, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure seamless order execution.
• Prepare and supply product certifications, technical data sheets, MSDS, compliance documents, and other customer‑required paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements while supporting continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, logistics, distribution, or related commercial functions.
• Experience working within a multinational organization.
• Strong understanding of customer order management and distribution processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
