Customer Service Specialist

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist will join Carly’s fast‑growing team in Riyadh, providing on‑site support to customers throughout their car‑buying and selling journey. This full‑time position involves handling inquiries across phone, email, chat and social media, ensuring accurate information and a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via phone, email, live chat and social channels.
• Guide customers through each step of the vehicle purchase or sale, offering clear and timely information.
• Resolve issues, troubleshoot problems and escalate complex cases to relevant departments.
• Record all interactions in the CRM, maintain service logs and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
• Collect customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve processes and service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multi‑channel customer support.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and good proficiency in English.
• Professional phone etiquette and courteous written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse customers and colleagues.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver with high reliability.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Riyadh on a full‑time schedule.
