About the role
The Customer Experience Representative ensures a high‑quality journey for customers across multiple touchpoints, focusing on understanding needs, resolving inquiries, and enhancing overall satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, social media, and in‑person.
- Resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer outcomes.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest service improvements.
Required profile
- Any educational background or relevant experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluency in Urdu and English (spoken and written); Arabic also required.
