Customer Success Manager – Aftermarket Services (Saudi National)

About the role

The Aftermarket Service Manager oversees existing customer contracts and creates new ones in the assigned region, aligning customer goals with Honeywell’s business objectives. The role focuses on growth, customer satisfaction, recurring revenue, and engineering activities related to migration and upgrades, while proactively delivering spot services to meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong, long‑term relationships with customers and resolve issues with tailored solutions.
• Act as product and industry ambassador, educating customers on Honeywell Connected Industrial solutions.
• Develop a data‑led customer journey model and align internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to design upsell and cross‑sell campaigns.
• Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customers extract value and address risks proactively.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in aftermarket services and customer support.
• Degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of C‑level conversations.
• Strong understanding of regional customer culture and dynamics.
• Self‑motivated, safety‑focused and able to work under pressure.
