Customer Support Agent – English Speaking (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Support Agent to join a global remote support team serving players of multiple games. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will work fully remotely, acting as the first point of contact for player inquiries and ensuring fast, clear, and helpful assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming emails and support tickets promptly and professionally.
• Investigate and resolve player issues while maintaining high service quality and empathy.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support workflows and internal processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent communication and knowledge sharing across the support function.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C customer support or a similar client‑facing role.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑first mindset.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, international environment.
• Passion for gaming is strongly preferred.
• Effective time‑management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Candidates near the CET time zone are preferred.
