Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

PulseMediaNL is looking for a customer‑focused, solutions‑driven Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries across email, chat, and phone while ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Assist customers with account updates, orders, troubleshooting, and general questions.
• Investigate, resolve, and follow up on customer concerns, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Document interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Build positive relationships through consistent communication and gather feedback to improve services.
• Maintain accurate records, update FAQs, and follow established support procedures.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional, patient, and dependable attitude with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
