Remote Customer Service Representative

About the role

PulseMediaNL is looking for a remote Customer Service Representative to provide friendly, professional support to our customers across email, chat and phone. You will help resolve inquiries, manage orders and ensure a positive experience throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products, services and company policies.
• Assist with orders, account updates and general questions.
• Investigate and resolve issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Document interactions in the CRM and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Gather customer feedback and contribute to improving services.
• Maintain FAQs, help‑center content and internal documentation.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
