Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a dependable, customer‑focused specialist to join our fully remote team. This entry‑level position involves assisting customers with questions, account needs, service requests, and routine problem resolution while delivering a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing clear and friendly assistance.
• Create, update, and manage support tickets, ensuring accurate categorisation and documentation.
• Guide customers through routine processes, resolve common issues, and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records, update account information, and protect confidential data.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, updating spreadsheets, and supporting basic reporting.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a friendly, patient approach.
• Attention to detail, good organization, and ability to follow established procedures.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote workspace.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM or ticket‑management platforms (preferred, not required).
