Cyber Security Specialist – Lead/Supervisor

About the role

SLFE is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Specialist to lead our security operations. You will monitor alerts, respond to incidents, manage security platforms and support compliance and risk‑mitigation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse security alerts across multiple platforms.
• Respond to cybersecurity incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and remediation.
• Manage, configure and maintain security tools and platforms.
• Support compliance initiatives and implement risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve the organisation’s security posture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on cybersecurity experience.
• Preferred certifications: CEH, CompTIA Security+, SC‑200, SC‑300, ISO 27001, CISM, CISSP.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to continuous learning.
