Cyber Security Specialist – Lead/Supervisor

About the role

SLFE is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Specialist to lead our security operations. You will monitor alerts, respond to incidents, and ensure our platforms meet compliance and risk‑mitigation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security alerts across multiple platforms.
• Respond to cybersecurity incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and coordinate remediation.
• Manage and maintain security tools such as Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, and SIEM solutions.
• Support compliance initiatives and develop risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve the organization’s security posture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on cybersecurity experience.
• Preferred certifications: CEH, CompTIA Security+, SC‑200, SC‑300, ISO 27001, CISM, CISSP.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with security trends.
