Cybersecurity Manager

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Cybersecurity Manager to lead our security operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership, overseeing SOC, incident response, threat intelligence, and compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end cybersecurity operations, including SOC, incident response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.
• Design, implement and continuously improve security frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments, penetration testing and security assessments, ensuring timely remediation.
• Manage cyber‑incident investigations, root‑cause analysis and post‑incident reporting.
• Ensure compliance with standards such as NCA, ISO 27001, NIST, SAMA and PCI‑DSS.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align security strategy with business goals.
• Mentor and develop cybersecurity engineers and analysts.
• Evaluate, deploy and manage security tools (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, DLP, IAM, etc.).
• Prepare executive‑level security reports, dashboards and risk summaries.

Required profile

• 5–12 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
• Proven leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Experience in enterprise or government environments is a strong plus.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
