Dairy Mixing Operator

About the role

Under direct supervision from the Team Leader, the Mixing Operator works full‑time on‑site at Arla in Riyadh, handling the preparation and blending of ingredients for dairy production.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and control mixing equipment to blend raw materials according to production schedules.
• Load materials, monitor ingredient levels, and adjust as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Inspect machinery, report malfunctions, and ensure equipment is cleaned and sanitized.
• Record production data, maintain accurate inventory, and follow recipes and batch formulas.
• Adhere to safety protocols, wear appropriate PPE, and handle hazardous materials safely.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a mixer/operator in a production environment.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and batch tickets accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication/teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
