Quality Manager

About the role

Manage the quality function at the WETICO Manufacturing Plant, overseeing inspection, testing, process control and product conformity for skid manufacturing projects. Lead the QC team to ensure product integrity, client confidence and on‑time delivery of compliant products.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the plant quality management system aligned with ISO 9001 and client requirements, leading the factory QC team.
• Oversee incoming, in‑process and final inspections, IFAT/FAT, and coordinate with clients and third‑party inspectors.
• Manage NCRs, conduct root‑cause analysis and drive CAPA closure, ensuring process control and supplier quality.
• Consolidate quality KPIs, monitor ISO 9001 compliance, support audits and drive continual improvement.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years in manufacturing quality, with at least 5 years managing a factory QC function in modular fabrication, oil & gas or industrial manufacturing.
• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related).
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification.

Required skills

• ISO 9001 quality management system knowledge.
• Lead Auditor certification.
• IFAT/FAT coordination experience.
• Welding or NDE inspection certification (e.g., CSWIP, AWS).
