Data & AI Architect

About the role

Eram Talent, a talent acquisition company, is looking for a Data & AI Architect to join its team in Saudi Arabia. The role designs and implements data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to support business decisions across regional projects. It is an on-site position in the SMP department and calls for deep knowledge of data architecture, data modeling and AI/ML technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Own the enterprise data architecture and extend it to AI and MLOps capabilities so that analytics and AI can be delivered reliably and at scale.
• Develop and implement a data architecture strategy that supports business goals and AI initiatives.
• Design data models, database structures and data flow processes to ensure data integrity, availability and security.
• Design and oversee the implementation of advanced analytics solutions, including machine learning models and algorithms.
• Work with data engineering and data science teams to make data pipelines efficient and aligned with AI/ML requirements.
• Set best practices for data governance, data quality and data lifecycle management.
• Help select and implement data management tools and technologies.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure solutions deliver maximum business value.
• Monitor trends in the data and AI landscape and refine strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering or AI/ML roles.
• Proven experience designing and implementing data models and architecture in large-scale data environments.
• Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks, libraries and tools.

Required skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, and big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
