Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in Riyadh. The role involves turning raw data into actionable insights that support business decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Gather data from multiple systems, databases and external sources.
• Clean, review and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze data to extract key indicators, patterns and trends.
• Prepare regular performance reports and interactive dashboards.
• Develop, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct comparative analyses across periods, sectors, products or services.
• Identify issues and opportunities and present findings to management.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand data needs and deliver customized analyses.
• Enhance data collection and reporting methods while maintaining data confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting or dashboard creation.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities and clear communication in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau (a plus).
• Fundamental understanding of statistics and data‑analysis concepts.
