About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our remote operations team. The position is entry‑level and provides structured guidance and training, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data and maintaining clean, reliable systems.
Key responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Review records for completeness, correct formatting, and identify duplicates or errors.
- Standardize entries such as names, contact details, and internal notes.
- Flag unclear or missing information for follow‑up and maintain organized digital files.
- Support reporting by keeping datasets clean and logging all updates, corrections, and issues.
- Track task progress, prioritize incoming data requests, and communicate when clarification is needed.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to follow defined processes and maintain consistency.
- Organized, accountable, and capable of managing structured workflows.
- Motivation to learn and grow in a remote work environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Sheets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
