Data Products Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data Products Specialist to design, develop and enhance data‑driven products for our clients in Riyadh. The role bridges business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that data products deliver measurable value and align with governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and interpret data to support product design and development.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and technical teams to define data product requirements.
• Manage the full lifecycle of data products from concept through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Document datasets, metadata, lineage and business definitions using data cataloging tools.
• Ensure data products comply with data governance, quality and security standards.
• Translate analytical insights into product features, enhancements and recommendations.
• Monitor product usage, performance and business impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Management, Data Analysis, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience on data‑product projects, with at least 5 years of overall professional experience.
• Proven ability to perform data analysis and interpret results.
• Hands‑on experience with data cataloging tools and metadata documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in government or large‑enterprise environments is a plus.
