Data Science & Analytics Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Data Science & Analytics Engineer to turn complex data into actionable insights for our business. The role involves building predictive models, creating visual dashboards, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy predictive and analytical models to address business challenges.
• Perform data exploration, statistical analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Develop scalable analytics solutions on cloud and big‑data platforms such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices across analytics initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Continuously improve analytics processes, reporting capabilities, and model performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, IT or a related field.
• 3–11 years of professional experience in data science, business analytics or advanced analytics.
• Strong analytical, mathematical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required skills

• Python or R for data analysis and machine learning.
• Databricks or Dataiku for end‑to‑end analytical workflows.
• Power BI, Tableau or Looker for data visualization.
• BigQuery or Snowflake for large‑scale analytics and data warehousing.
• SQL and data modeling expertise.
• Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud platforms.
