Deals, Infrastructure Finance Director

About the role

PwC is hiring a Director for its Deals, Infrastructure Finance line of service in Riyadh. The role sits in the Infrastructure and Project Finance team, which helps public and private sector clients finance, deliver and operate projects efficiently. You will advise clients from initiation through to completion, supporting procurement strategies, project structuring, financing and negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on infrastructure planning and strategy, feasibility studies, business cases and market analysis
• Analyse procurement options, assess project risks and define project governance and management frameworks
• Structure complex commercial contracts and coordinate legal, financial and technical teams
• Manage procurement and processes, evaluate bids and give project implementation advice through design and construction
• Support regional and national business development, including responding to requests for proposals and promoting the practice's profile
• Train and mentor junior staff and work closely with other Directors and Partners

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (MBA preferred but not required)
• 12+ years of industry experience in Natural Resources, Transportation and/or Power & Utilities
• Project/Construction Management and/or Procurement experience with large capital projects
• Experience with alternative contract types such as DB, EPC and DBFO
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a strong plus
