Delivery Captain (Khobar)

About the role

The Delivery Captain is responsible for delivering customer orders and collecting returns safely and on time within the assigned Khobar region. You will ensure goods are secured, the vehicle is in good condition, and routes are optimized for efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily deliveries to wholesale and retail outlets, including last‑mile customer deliveries.
• Check orders before delivery and collect returns to the warehouse as assigned.
• Collect cash from e‑commerce COD customers and process payments using a credit‑card machine.
• Execute shop‑to‑shop transfers using the Fareye platform.
• Gather required documents from shops during returns.
• Report incidents, misplaced or lost packages to the Logistics Distribution Department.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules strictly.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, perform minor maintenance, and keep the vehicle clean.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Fareye logistics platform.
