Delivery Manager – Technology Projects

About the role

Masterworks' subsidiary Adree is looking for a results‑driven Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology projects and digital solutions across the Saudi market. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of software development, digital transformation and IT projects from initiation to handover.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, quality, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, business analysis and more.
• Act as primary client contact, handling expectations, escalations and delivery updates.
• Drive Agile/Scrum, Kanban or hybrid delivery methods, overseeing sprint planning and backlog management.
• Monitor performance through KPIs, SLAs, sprint velocity, burndown charts and defect rates.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with technical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• 6–8+ years of IT delivery, project management or software development management experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a Delivery Manager or similar leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale enterprise software, web, mobile or digital transformation projects.
• Experience in client‑facing delivery and stakeholder management, preferably in the Saudi/GCC market.
