About the role

Manage the IT infrastructure, technical teams, service delivery, major incidents, disaster recovery, security controls, budgets, vendors, contracts, licensing, and IT projects for a leading organization in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

Oversee Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, virtualization, storage, backup, networking, and cloud services.
Handle major incidents, disaster recovery planning, and security controls.
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing.
Lead IT projects and ensure effective service delivery.

Required profile

Strong experience managing IT infrastructure and technical teams.
Professional English proficiency.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
