About the role
Amazon is looking for a Delivery Station Liaison to provide real‑time, hands‑on support to customers whose parcels encounter delivery issues. Working inside a last‑mile delivery warehouse, you will act as the direct voice of Amazon to resolve problems and ensure packages reach customers on time.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls, empathize, and build trust while addressing delivery concerns.
- Investigate failed or at‑risk deliveries, remove barriers, and provide accurate delivery expectations.
- Collaborate with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and internal workgroups to find same‑day or next‑attempt solutions.
- Maintain meticulous case records and proactively propose solutions with limited guidance.
- Communicate barriers and resolutions to senior leadership through face‑to‑face and virtual channels.
- Operate multiple online platforms and technology systems efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Work a flexible full‑time schedule (40+ hours/week) in a noisy warehouse setting (hearing protection provided).
Required profile
- Strong verbal communication and active‑listening skills.
- Ability to empathize with customers and remain calm under pressure.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on accurate information delivery.
- Collaborative attitude to build relationships across various station teams.
