Demand Planner – Consumer Goods (KSA)

About the role

You will drive accurate demand planning by translating market insights, sales trends, and business requirements into reliable forecasts that support product availability, inventory optimization, and sustainable business growth. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will help ensure effective supply chain execution, informed decision‑making, and continuous improvement of planning processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage accurate demand forecasts using market insights, sales trends and business data.
• Conduct detailed sales, channel and SKU analysis and lead regular demand planning reviews with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify risks and growth opportunities, and support stock management and order fulfillment.
• Maintain critical planning data to support order fulfillment and replenishment.
• Drive continuous process improvements through innovative planning practices and systems.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain or related field within consumer goods.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proficiency in translating data into actionable business insights.
