Demand & Supply Planning Specialist – FMCG

About the role

We are looking for a Demand & Supply Planning Specialist to join Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages’ Al Manhal Water Factory in Riyadh. The role ensures the right products are available across all KSA branches and warehouses by combining demand forecasting, production planning, material planning and dispatch coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse regional sales forecasts, warehouse capacity and production capability; perform detailed SKU‑level forecast analysis and generate statistical forecasts.
• Update DSP KPIs, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve forecast accuracy.
• Create production plans based on inventory, capacity, demand and actual sales trends; manage raw‑material and packaging material planning while considering shelf‑life and warehouse constraints.
• Develop daily dispatch plans to balance stock across KSA branches and warehouses, maintain target days‑of‑supply and coordinate with logistics.
• Act as the bridge between commercial and operations teams, translating sales volume commitments into actionable production and supply plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supply‑chain experience in the FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of SAP DSP/APO (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of demand and supply planning processes.
• Good command of English and an analytical mindset.
