Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator manages INSEAB's day‑to‑day warehouse operations in Saudi Arabia, ensuring that goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately and on time. The role maintains reliable inventory records, complete documentation and a safe, organized environment compliant with HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, inspecting, picking, packing and preparing shipments for dispatch.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately and on schedule, liaising with suppliers, transporters and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), conduct cycle counts and investigate variances.
• Prepare shipping documents, delivery notes, goods receipt records and stock reports, keeping files audit‑ready.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization and efficient space use while promoting HSE practices and reporting hazards promptly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or vocational diploma; a degree in logistics, supply chain or business administration is preferred.
• 0‑5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or inventory roles, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP inventory module.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and basic office applications.
• Familiarity with receiving, dispatch and stock documentation.
• Awareness of HSE practices; forklift or safety certification is a plus.
