Deputy Educational Team Leader for VVIP Family – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Deputy Educational Team Leader to join an ultra‑high net worth family in Riyadh. Reporting to the Education Team Leader, you will help design and deliver a personalised curriculum for a small group of elite children, ensuring alignment with Cambridge/Pearson Edexcel standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a team of teachers delivering personalised education.
• Assist the Educational Team Leader in developing, implementing and overseeing a tailored educational programme.
• Manage timetables, resources and day‑to‑day operations of the programme.
• Design an enriching curriculum that balances academic excellence, cultural education and leadership development.
• Incorporate global perspectives, critical thinking and creative problem‑solving.
• Evaluate student progress through personalised assessments and observations.
• Organise and lead regular meetings with teachers to review goals and outcomes.

Required profile

• Significant experience in teaching and leadership within high‑performing or elite schools.
• Qualified and experienced in a core subject such as Mathematics, English Literature/Language or Sciences.
• Proven experience managing a team of educators and implementing individualised education plans.
• Familiarity with international curricula (British or American systems) and culturally responsive teaching.
• Willingness and ability to travel alone domestically and potentially internationally.
