Deputy Manager – Marketing

About the role

The Deputy Manager – Marketing will lead the regional marketing team and work closely with the Associate Director, Marketing to shape and execute global brand strategies. This position drives integrated campaigns, supports lead generation for the Group Schools, and ensures alignment with sales and digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the regional marketing team and develop integrated programs that build brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate with global brand, digital, events, content, communications, design, product, sales, and external agency partners to deliver cohesive strategies.
• Define and enforce marketing policies and procedures for the geography.
• Coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure timely follow‑up of leads.
• Partner with the Social Media team to create monthly content calendars and KPI dashboards.
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and platforms to enhance go‑to‑market efforts.
• Measure campaign performance, report results, and optimise future initiatives.
• Manage agencies and partners to deliver programs aligned with business objectives.
• Utilise tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and HubSpot for tracking and reporting.
• Establish best practices across SEO, performance marketing, social media, digital content, and UX/UI.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing.
• Minimum 6 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in an educational institution.
• Proven ability to lead medium to large, multicultural teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with the latest marketing trends.
