About the role
Almosafer is seeking a passionate DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, supporting its travel platforms across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring system health and availability.
- Automate at least 95% of operational tasks and implement logging and monitoring solutions.
- Manage databases, workloads, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services.
- 2+ years of production Kubernetes experience.
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems and shell scripting.
- Good understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, routing, and subnetting.
Required skills
- Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, Helm.
- CI/CD pipelines: Jenkins, Argo or similar.
- Configuration management: Ansible, SaltStack.
- Monitoring and alerting: Prometheus or similar.
- Containers and container orchestration.
- SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Programming: Python, Golang (optional).
