Digital Acceleration Expert

About the role

The Digital Acceleration Expert will support stc’s digital transformation agenda by identifying, evaluating and recommending digital solutions that align with corporate priorities and technology road‑maps. Working closely with business units, the role provides expert advice on process improvement, demand planning and risk mitigation to drive business excellence across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and propose suitable digital capabilities, implementation approaches and governance frameworks.
• Develop and refine digital transformation tools, methodologies and best‑practice working practices.
• Prepare analyses, business cases and recommendations to prioritise and fund digital initiatives.
• Assess expected business value, feasibility, dependencies and impact of proposed projects.
• Research emerging technologies and industry practices for potential application within the Business Cluster.
• Collect, validate and forecast demand inputs from sales, telco, digital and product units using historical data and market intelligence.
• Review forecast assumptions, identify inconsistencies and recommend adjustments to improve accuracy.
• Monitor actual results against forecasts, analyse variances and communicate root causes.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in digital transformation, business analysis or related fields.
• Proven ability to deliver expert advice and support to senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in demand planning, forecasting and business‑case development.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cross‑functional teams.
