Digital Business & Proposal Graduate

About the role

We are looking for a Saudi fresh graduate in Information Technology to support proposal development, business communications, and digital platform management within a leading engineering consultancy. The role blends technical, design, and communication skills to produce professional submissions and coordinate information across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, compile and format technical and financial proposals using approved templates, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Design professional presentations, company profiles and marketing materials while adhering to branding guidelines.
• Draft client correspondence, follow up on proposals and maintain accurate communication records.
• Maintain social media pages, schedule content and manage digital assets using platforms such as SharePoint, Google Workspace, Notion or ClickUp.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a recent bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Strong written and spoken English, excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly, meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (SharePoint, Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp).
• Good graphic design and presentation preparation skills.
