Digital & Business Support Trainee (Tamheer Programme)

About the role

A Saudi fresh graduate is sought to join WSP through the Tamheer Graduate Development Programme in Riyadh. The trainee combines technology, business, presentations, digital tools and communication while gaining hands-on experience in a leading engineering consultancy, working with technical and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and format business proposals, presentations and company capability materials
• Coordinate information from technical and business teams
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations and visual content
• Support business communications and follow up on actions and enquiries
• Maintain proposal and business opportunity trackers
• Work with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and other digital collaboration tools
• Organise documents, digital content and shared information
• Support improvements to digital workflows and ways of working

Required profile

• Saudi national eligible for the Tamheer programme
• Recent Bachelor's graduate in Information Technology, Information Systems, Digital Business, Business Information Systems or a related field
• Good written and spoken English
• No previous full-time experience required; university projects, internships, cooperative training, volunteering and student activities are valued

Required skills

• Good skills in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Interest in digital tools, presentations, design and business communication
• Organised, proactive, good attention to detail and willing to learn

What we offer

• Full-time on-the-job training lasting 3-6 months
• Monthly financial support: SAR 3,000 stipend through HRDF and SAR 2,000 additional allowance from WSP
