Digital Identity & Access Management Consultant

About the role

Accenture Security is looking for an experienced consultant to help clients design, implement and optimise digital identity solutions. You will work across Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity and Access Management (IAM), Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) and directory services, delivering best‑practice security architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client requirements for PAM (Delinea), IAM (One Identity), MFA (Azure MFA & FortiAuthenticator) and Active Directory/DNS.
• Assess existing identity processes and recommend improvements.
• Develop digital identity strategies, architectures and implementation plans.
• Configure, customise and maintain PAM, IAM, MFA and AD/DNS solutions.
• Define and manage identity policies for privileged access, authentication, authorisation and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with security, IT and compliance teams to integrate identity services.
• Provide training, support and documentation to client teams.
• Liaise with vendors such as Delinea, Microsoft and One Identity for technical matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital identity, IAM or PAM.
• Strong consulting and customer‑facing communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, team‑oriented environments.
• Solid understanding of Azure AD/Entra ID, SSO, RBAC and Office 365 identity tools.
