Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead multi‑channel campaigns for a fast‑growing agency serving clients across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. This full‑time remote position requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and deep expertise in performance marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Manage paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Oversee SEO, content, email marketing and social media initiatives.
• Analyze performance data, produce reports and deliver actionable insights.
• Mentor and manage digital marketing specialists and external partners.
• Collaborate with creative, content and account teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor industry trends, platform updates and competitor activity.
• Control budgets, timelines and KPIs to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of delivering results in the KSA or GCC markets.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills.
