About the role

The Digital Marketing Professional will support the execution of JHAH’s digital marketing initiatives. This operational role focuses on managing social media, email campaigns, website updates, and content optimization while monitoring performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of digital marketing initiatives by providing operational input and insights.
• Assist in planning and executing small‑scale campaigns or updates for specific digital assets.
• Manage social media channels, schedule content, and run email marketing initiatives.
• Update website and intranet content, ensuring SEO best practices are applied.
• Monitor campaign metrics, compile performance data, and present findings to senior team members.
• Lead independent projects such as social media content scheduling under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with external agencies to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with agency work on healthcare clients.
• Full proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, website management, and basic SEO principles.
