Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead and develop the company’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, owning social media, digital campaigns, content creation, website management and overall brand communication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a digital marketing and social‑media strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and grow presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.
• Maintain and update the company website, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Apply SEO and SEM best practices to improve visibility and drive traffic.
• Create engaging written, visual and video content while preserving brand identity.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid digital advertising campaigns, including WhatsApp campaigns.
• Monitor key marketing KPIs, analyse performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify emerging digital tools and trends to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Public Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media or content roles.
• Proven ability to develop and execute digital strategies independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and fluent English.
