Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Reef Group is looking for a performance‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns across its brands. You will manage paid media, analyse results and help boost customer acquisition and overall digital growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Monitor performance metrics, budgets, reach, engagement, traffic, conversions and ROI.
• Analyse data and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
• Support customer acquisition, retargeting, conversion and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with Content, Creative, Social Media, E‑commerce, Brand and Marketing teams.
• Assist product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns and digital activations.
• Track website and e‑commerce traffic, customer journeys and campaign attribution.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards and performance updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital/ performance marketing, paid media or similar roles.
• Hands‑on experience with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Good understanding of e‑commerce, customer acquisition and conversion optimisation.
