Digital Performance Program Manager

About the role

The Digital Performance Program Manager leads the measurement, reporting and risk analysis of the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) at Saudi Telecom Company. The role ensures that digital initiatives deliver value, meet quality standards and align with the company’s strategic roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, measure and report on digital success metrics and KPIs; manage the digital balanced scorecard.
• Design and maintain a performance management and improvement system in coordination with Corporate Performance Management.
• Analyse periodic KPI results, maturity assessments and customer experience indexes, highlighting risks and recommending actions.
• Support the creation and refinement of a 2‑3 year digital roadmap, quantify business value, and build business cases with finance.
• Design initiative prioritisation frameworks, align top‑down and bottom‑up initiatives, and secure stakeholder buy‑in.
• Governance of key digital initiative measurements, coordinate with the Enterprise PMO and project teams, and ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide training on digital performance management and maintain structured reporting systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline.
• PMP certification or equivalent project‑management qualification.
